After you make a purchase and send the money via PayPal, your order will be activated, which is when you and the Hav0c staff member in charge of donations will be notified of it. You can then expect delivery within 2 work days. It may take longer if you use an eCheck, the order will then be delivered when the check has been cleared, that is, the money has been transfered to the Hav0c account.
Please make sure you register a valid and active email address with our shop and do not ignore or mark or emails as spam. Shop generated emails will contain important comments and notices if there are any problems with your order. Hav0c WoW Shop will not send you any other advertising or spam emails after your purchase is done.
Since Hav0c WoW Shop is a donations site, it does not make returns. But you may exchange your reward if you are not satisfied with it within 1 week after the purchase and only once.
