- In reaction to suggestions on the forums, we're considering implementing slightly increased rates on holidays or certain time intervals during the week. This will take some time to develop, though.
- The HQ inventory page is ready! (Go to the Guild viewer and then click the HQ inventory tab.) This should make it easier for both the staff and the guild to keep track of what's in the HQ and what it's worth. Adding the inventory of all HQs will take some time (there are 48 as of now), but you can check the progress on the page. If we encounter any items that are not available for purchase (anymore), we'll refund them for 100% of the value.

- We would like to regulate the control of the world channel, because there have been rather many cases of random kicks and bans of late. We'll first look for a technical solution (e.g. removing world chat control altogether, or giving it to a bot). If this turns out to be impossible, we'll create some rules about it. For now, please don't kick or mute players without a very good reason.
- We also think it's a good idea to start keeping records of the inventories of Guild HQs. This would be a list of everything that's in a HQ and what it cost. We're not quite sure what form it will take: it would be nice if it could be integrated into the mini-manager, but it could also be a big forum post.

(Note: there were no results of the previous meeting because there were no interesting public decisions there.)
- Password recovery should be working now! If you have forgotten your password, you can use http://gryphon.hav0c.com/register.php?action=pass_recovery to send a new password to your e-mail address. This means that custom password resets (by a GM) won't be necessary anymore. Reminder: never give your password to someone else!
- The two technical solutions mentioned in the previous meeting summary (i.e. HQ bookkeeping and removal of world chat moderation) are now in development.
- By player request, we'll add some more HAGs to reduce the travel time between quest hubs and the HAGs.
Update: in Azeroth and Outland, there are now two HAGs per zone (one for the Horde and one for the Alliance), or one if there is a neutral town. In Northrend, every quest hub with flight path now has a HAG. Look for them near inns and flight masters.
- Finally, a contribution from Danica:
We keep hearing questions from many players on why we haven't yet updated or why we aren't updating. The reason is that we feel that there is a significant loss in the newest version of the server software we are using. The most notable losses are that WG is completely removed (reports say that now Horde NPCs are statically spawned always) and because of that, Vault of Archavon will also not be available to players. Other reasons include the reporting of much more frequent server crashes in the new versions. While it is true that there have been many fixes in other areas, we feel that, overall, it will be a bad choice to update at this time.
