Gip was able to take home first place with 9 points, with Seranith closely behind at 8. Basher, Uzzi, and Kyle all tied for 3rd with 6 points.

A special thank you goes out to everyone who participated. All individuals involved received a consolation prize for their involvement in making the event a success. I hope to hold more events like this in the future, but hopefully next time Seranith won’t get jipped for quite as many questions as she did tonight. She managed to fool the bot not once or twice, but three times into missing her answers.

But we failed to recognize one crucial group of players: our veterans. A veteran in our eyes is someone who either has been with us since the very beginning (and may in fact still be with us), or someone who may have left at some point in the past and has decided to come back and play with us. This failure to appreciate our honored players left a bitter taste in our mouths and we were quickly noted on the error.

So what did we do? We made reparations. First off, veterans who meet specific criteria are eligible for an immediate transfer to the Phoenix realm. Why? Gryphon is our staple server, and some of the people who have played with us have been on Gryphon for years. We want to reward them with the option of coming back to TBC with us free of penalty.

Do we remove the Gryphon character if you transfer? NO.

In addition to helping our veteran members out, we are also rewarding those that help us propagate the population, in other words, RECRUIT. Our Hav0c recruiters are crucial to our success, and to help them in their efforts we are willing to offer some benefits.

MOUNT RENTAL UPDATE

Murray’s style of doing business wasn’t cutting it, and people didn’t like his sleazy public relations, so we sent Murray to PR school. He’s returned and now has a new approach to the Mount Rental concept, hopefully one with more flexibility than before!
