The Battered Hilt quest line was fixed so that the quests are properly chained together now. Still waiting on an official fix to add the item to a global ICC drop rate so for now, the quest remains unobtainable.

Also fixed a couple VoA boss issues not binding to instance as well as applied a new Toravon script to fix the Frozen Orbs count.
